Agreed Fare Terms & Conditions of Network Taxis:


Fixed fares are priced as through the city centre.If the customer requires the Taxi to take another route, i.e. M50, the fixed fare rate will not apply and the fare will revert to a meter fare.10 minutes waiting time is included in all fixed fares, if the taxi is left waiting for 10 minutes or more the meter fare will apply from that time.

Loyalty card specific terms:


The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Network Taxis who reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.Network Taxis reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions or operation of the scheme at anytime. Notice of any changes will be published on our website.The Loyalty Card is to be used by the authorised signatory only and is not transferable.To qualify for any discounts or offers, the card must be presented to the driver at the end of the journey by the signatory.Discounts, credits or points cannot be claimed retrospectively.Network Taxis does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

If a card is lost, stolen or damaged the cardholder should contact Network Taxis on 01 295 7777.

Network Taxis can cancel or withdraw the scheme or any individual card at any time.

The card is not a cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card.

The card entitles the named holder to participate in promotions, offers and incentives that form part of the Network Taxis Loyalty Card scheme.

Incentives, offers and promotions may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions

We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged we can send you a replacement card at a cost of €5.00.

We do not issue additional cards for your account but your family and friends can of course apply for their own Loyalty Card.

Holding a loyalty card does not constitute an account.

Network Taxis reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions.

Credit is collected by swiping your loyalty card at the end of every journey booked with Network Taxis.

A credit of €1.00 is applied to your loyalty card everytime it is swiped.

When a balance of €10.00 is reached you may use your loyalty card to pay for taxi journeys to that value.

Your balance can be checked by any Network Taxi driver.

Credit will still be applied to your loyalty card when you are paying for a journey with your loyalty card.

Your loyalty card is also a pre-pay card but may not be used as a credit card, you must have a balance to use it to pay for taxi journeys.

Top up credit can only be done through Network Taxis office Mon – Fri 9am – 4pm. Drivers can not accept money for top up payments.

Loyalty card cannot be used on fixed fare or other promotions.


General Terms & Conditions of Network Taxis


Your personal and company details will never be released to companies outside Network Taxis.We use your details to send you information on offers which may interest you.If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mail please let us know and we will do so immediately. In most cases this can be
done automatically.Network Taxis will from time to time publish offers via a newsletter, these offers may only be available to newsletter subscribers.
